Vermont Homes for All Toolkit Launch and Training Summit

Vermonters need better housing options and more affordable homes. Meeting that need requires changing the ways homes are built in Vermont, especially the location and types of new homes. The Homes for All Toolkit is one such solution.

The Toolkit Launch and Trainer Summit is an interactive event for novice and emerging small-scale home builders, community development professionals, and local leaders interested in innovative home-building and home-renovation solutions.

The Toolkit includes a Missing Middle Homes Design Guide, a series of five Vermont Neighborhood Infill Design Case Studies, and a Builders’ Workbook. It is full of tips, tools, and resources for skill-building and would-be developers, as well as those who support their work to produce homes.

Be the first to learn how the Toolkit can help you and your community address Vermont’s housing and affordability crisis, and join the day’s networking opportunities with housing funders, real estate professionals, home builders, and local housing champions.

Note: Seats are limited. If you register and later find you are unable to attend, please notify amy.tomasso@vermont.gov so organizers can make a seat available for those on the wait list.
